Boca Raton Acupuncture Clinic is the second office of the husband and wife acupuncturist team, Dr. Changhong Zhou and Dr. Li Zheng. The pair met while studying acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine at the prestigious Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and both studied under the tutelage of Dr. Shaoqin Zhao, a world famous practitioner of Chinese medicine whose father was the physician of the Chinese emperor. Their first practice, Boston Chinese Acupuncture, has served the Greater Boston area for over 10 years and earned a reputation for providing high quality care for patients with difficult cases of allergies, autoimmune disease, chronic pain, eye problems and infertility.

Besides acupuncture, Boca Raton Acupuncture offers a whole range of treatment services like herbal medicines, Cupping, ear pressing ball, electro-acupuncture and moxa. Vitamin point injection has been used to inject Vitamin B12 into certain acupuncture points to stimulate points continuously after acupuncture treatment. Point injection is very effective for the muscle pain, insomnia, depression, anxiety, high eye pressure, indigestion and migraine because the Vitamin B12 can also help restore the balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

Dr. Li Zheng and Dr. Changhong Zhou are the two experienced Chinese acupuncturists at Boca Acupuncture Clinic. They graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 1987, the renowned school for traditional Chinese medicine in China. Both of them have a PhD degree in Bio-medical sciences from the Medical college of Ohio, they can use their modern medicine knowledge to explain how acupuncture works.

They have gained a wealth of experience while they worked under Dr. Shaoquin Zhao, a renowned practitioner of Chinese medicine, they have over 30 year of experience in treating back pain, Acid Reflux, Infertility, Stroke, overweight, PCOS, impotence, macular degeneration, eczema, colitis, glaucoma, depression and allergies etc, combining Chinese herbs and Acupuncture.
