Excessive sweating is a condition that is usually caused by hyperactivity of the sympathetic nervous system. People who have this condition are generally able to eat a lot without gaining weight, since their hyperactive sympathetic nervous system and excessive sweating allow them to burn off extra calories. One way of preventing excessive sweating is by avoiding activities that overstimulate the sympathetic nervous system, such as drinking coffee and intense morning exercises. In addition, acupuncture can help reduce sweat production by strengthening the parasympathetic nervous system which would balance out the simulating effect of the sympathetic nervous system. Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture

Acupuncture facial rejuvenation helps lift sagging muscles in the face, reduce wrinkles, and erase pigmentation. The basic method in which acupuncture reduces wrinkles and lifts sagging facial muscles is that it improves digestion and kidney function so we can absorb nutrients better to build stronger muscles that droop less. In addition, by inserting needles on the face, facial blood vessels are dilated, and this improved circulation helps clear up problematic pigment deposits. There are two types of glaucoma: open-angle glaucoma and angle closure glaucoma. In Western medicine, eye pressure is typically lowered using eye drops or laser surgery. The former, however, often causes uncomfortable dry eye and blurry vision, while the latter stops working after a few years due to the buildup of scar tissue. Acupuncture can help patients with glaucoma reduce eye pressure and slow down nerve degeneration by improving blood flow to the eyes and potentially stimulating nerve growth factor to facilitate nerve survival.
